The best tool for communication and file sharing

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack is being used throughout our organization so that we can collaborate in a much better and a refined way. It is helping us eliminate the fuss and confusion that usually comes when multiple people are doing the same project. It helps us in communicating in a more professional manner and share files faster so that we can be more efficient at work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its extensions support many software and make it easy to use with other software. It supports all platforms. More features for sending photos or data than traditional email. Channel helps to arrange messages in a better way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Delete conversations after some days in free version Takes heavy load on RAM Themes are not great for use
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack is very good with the conversation and calling features. We can snooze notification where we want. We can sent mail to the particular channel's member directly from Slack. We can't see last seen of the user which is in our chats or group. The UI of Slack is look like old needs to improve in the UI and themes.

Great time management product

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
I have no experience from another work organization platform like Slack.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has channels that monitors time management on our organization and the progress of projects and tasks. It streamlines workflows and coordinates all team members for better performance. Conversation is easy and very fast with Slack such as sending text messages and emojis all under one central place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not disliked anything to do with this great platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend Slack for better team collaboration and organization of tasks and projects.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
There is no other product in the market that is this much easy to use and loaded with this many features that are currently available in slack. Also, it has a great user interface and can be easily used for private and personal works.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best aspect of this product is the integration with other apps, features like voice and video calling, user interface. The best part of slack is that we can participate or join in multiple groups and conversations in one place
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not dislike anything in particular in slack. However, there is one thing that will see as an improvement opportunity. I want a dedicated contact list appearing in either left or right section, which will help me write direct messages to my contacts instead of searching for a contact and then sending them a message.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering this product even if he wants that for a small team or a big org it can satisfy their needs.
