It can supplement traditional customer helplines or emails, which works well for businesses that can respond quickly to customers' questions or complaints.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is "Channels," We can group the desired participants and share critical information with the selected group.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Well there is absolutely nothing I dislike about this software

Pricey but useful features

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
It has a very quick and effective search function that uses even a term in quotes to find an exact match or even add an asterisk after a partial word to search for any instances of that fragment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows me and my team to share files using private channels and to make direct conversations. More so through these personal channels, we can draft messages and keep notes. It provides pinning messages and reference links to channels functionality whereby I can pin messages to channels which is very helpful in making priorities in conversations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is pricey.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For team collaboration and group chat, this product can provide very useful and unique functionality so I would recommend it.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slacks work as a great tool for Developers and IT Team especially in an organization. With the built in tools and API's, we can enable our system and server alerts and logs to come through Slack notification. It makes life easier to browse through the Logs on slack and search rather than on the device itself. It has great usability with team collaboration, file sharing and meetings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Slack is unique to provide bots, channels and options with commands. It gives the usability within our team to monitor logs and alerts which is our favourite aspect of this product. We also chat with team and arrange meetings including screen share which makes it easier for us to interact with the team on timely projects
What do you dislike most about this product?
Slack use lot of resources to run including RAM/CPU due to which it requires a good hardware to affectively work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Anyone looking to implement Team projects, Slack is the best solution to go through with as it will help implementing the desired key points to bring team on the same page. Slack requires good hardware specifications to run affectively
