What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
I have not had a good experience with Slack and don't find that its uses are exceptional compared to other offerings out there.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Chat Channels can be created and segmented easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Overly complex to manage permissions and gauge usage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a stand along product for chat and collaboration this might be your solution. If already using other vendor's platforms, check if they have an offering first.

Best communication tool

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Best tool for video call within team, file sharing, screen sharing and communication. Slack does well because it draws users into the platform to see what they've been missing in communication channels they're a part of.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can create a group of our team easily, we can share our daily work update, data if we have. doc , video , image, I love using thing and I am very happy with this because I am using this on daily basis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Price is bit high for small organization, slack would do well to apply an even nonprofit pricing model across all eligible nonprofits, rest I have not come across any issue with it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack is GREAT - you will not be disappointed! So easy & user friendly, anyone can learn it quickly.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack is a very start-up friendly product. It has a free version you can use if you have a small team or if you want to set it up for your department. It is inexpensive if you move up to plan
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very easy to integrate slack with your third-party software. For example Trello, drive, Freshdesk etc. We love using slack because it keeps us informed about everything that is important from different places. It is like a one-stop solution for you.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I like about this. It is very easy to use and really customisable. You can definitely go ahead with it if you are considering a purchase.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can easily go ahead with slack. It is very helpful. You can create multiple channels, workplace administrators, add notifications etc.
