What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

The difference of Slack with other similar products is that through such effective video conferencing I can share information in a very efficient and secure way, helping me to save my time and that of my guests in meetings, I really like that it works in a very visual way and easy to configure with excellence in HD video and audio, as well as being fast and very secure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Slack is its wonderful functions which are available to its users, functions that we can take full advantage of what I like about this online collaboration software is that it allows me to keep my work organized and focused with centralized spaces for conversations, files and tools. I like the accessibility, the simplicity with which I can move around, its flexibility and effectiveness, it is excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Slack is an online meeting service that works in its entirety, offering wonderful collaboration tools, it is a program that has worked very well for me at all times and has helped me start my work in a simple and effective way, I have nothing to dislike this software, in my experience it is perfect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Slack to any person and work team who are considering its use to collaborate online through real-time meetings, sharing audio and video screen, it is a tool that brings great benefits by providing wonderful options when and where they are needed. It is flexible and intuitive, adapting to our needs, offering a unique experience and success in our collaboration, it works simply at the touch of a button, saving our time and expenses in travel, I recommend it because it is a work tool at your fingertips.

Although it resembles other communication platforms, I prefer it to Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favourite features is the notification and snooze settings, which allow me to choose who and what I receive notifications from on my phone and laptop. On a daily basis, I receive so many notifications; it's good to have a voice using this app. It's also simple to share files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't currently have any dislikes. The only thing I would modify is that when you receive a group message, the notification would remain active until you have viewed all of the new messages. I understand that this is a minor issue that would not prevent me from using the application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because our organisation is based remotely, virtual communication has become even more crucial. We make use of the platform for both text and voice communication. Within the app, we can share files and collaborate.
