IT WAS A LITTLE HARD TO GET USE TO THE SOFTWARE AND WHERE EVERYTHING IS AT.

YES I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE IN MY CIRCLE OF BUSINESS

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

Defining and adding emoji shortcuts, integrations with zoom and Fresh Service service desk as well as having all of the features we used from MS Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its integration with zoom and Fresh Service (our service ticketing software)

What do you dislike most about this product?

More expensive than many of the other products we used.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely research all of the integrations that could improve functionality because it makes the extra cost worth the purchase.
