What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

Ease of integration - Third-party apps can be integrated in a matter of seconds and it is one of the best communication tools that we have used. With most companies going remote, Slack is indeed a saviour when it comes to coordination with different teams. It also has these cool customized stickers that you can use as icebreakers :)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to automate notifications from other apps and setting up alerts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As of now, none.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try the free version, fall in love and when it's time for you to start using the paid version, just go for it!
