What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
We can set the status, which is useful. Slack has all the features that one organization needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Snooze notification when we are not available. Integration with the other apps like clickup, drive and many more. Create a private channels for the private communication within organization
What do you dislike most about this product?
Anyone can see profiles without any restrictions in organizations. Notification problem in mobile applications sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend users to use slack for the business purpose which is help to complete the project on time and co-ordinate with team members. It has almost all features which organizations need.

Great tool for remote collaboration/communication

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Easy to configure and use for all the company. Great apps to facilitate the collaboration and communication between peers and teams. Good to use it internally but also to allow external partners to participate in the conversation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The app marketplace with a lot of options to connect really easy external software with Slack

The call/conference function, not super stable.

Great product to handle communication and collaboration between peers and teams. Especially to connect people in the virtual office reallity.

It is fast and very light.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Fast and not a resource heavy productivity tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing, yeah sometimes I face reliability issue but those are very rare.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a light messaging tool that works seamlessly on low end laptops then go for it.
