What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack has a set of online communication tools that optimize the collaborative work of our organization and facilitate communication with our clients. It allows you to create work groups, which provide the opportunity to share information between multi-company groups, teams, project groups or any type that is needed and improve the development of tasks. It offers communication channels that allow the development of an organized collaboration and helps to improve decision-making.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You have a high ability to share information and collaborate with coworkers efficiently. This platform offers very efficient group chat functions. It makes it possible to create direct communication channels with our clients. The video calling and voice calling functions are excellent. Searching your conversation history saves time finding what you need. It integrates seamlessly with Google Drive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is necessary to incorporate integrations with more tools to further improve the communication experience. Also the customization of notifications is not very cumbersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack offers all the features expected of a collaboration platform, at a competitive price and with the ease of handling its functions.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack encourages effective internal communication and improves workflow between different groups. It offers a set of very useful functions such as messaging, voice calls, video calls, file sharing, among others. It allows you to create groups for projects and groups of work teams, which makes it possible to develop a more efficient collaborative work. Provides an opportunity to socialize and build connections with co-workers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very easy to use, with a really nice platform. The chat tool provides quick and direct communication with our co-workers. Plus, it lets you easily create groups as shared workspaces for project work. In addition, it allows you to integrate applications and edit publications with the format you want. Provides a support that responds satisfactorily with all our concerns and requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile application has very limited functions in relation to the computer application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This platform has a set of tools that allows us to develop fluid and effective communication with our work team. Significantly improves productivity. I recommend its implementation.
