What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack differs from other softwares because it has very good support and integration with other tools, a good search filter, easy to use, it saves time when locating files, it is remarkable in the integrated analysis to see the use and also to see which rooms they are not really active for a better organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Slack is lovely, it is customizable and can be customized to our liking, it allows the channels function to function as a group where discussions take place, it can be public, private, shared or multiple workspaces, which can help in the organization of messages, with options to segregate between channels and personal chats, allows you to pin important messages in channels, highlight important messages in direct message chats, as well as send a well-formatted code snippet.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the drawbacks of Slack is that once it is deactivated, all the information disappears and is not archived which may be necessary later.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend, Slack for the categorization of debates across channels, simple to use in the mobile application, it is fast and powerful, a very good communication tool integrated with chat, audio and video.

Embrace Slack fully, as it is way better tool for remote team collaboration than e.g. Teams.
