I can improve the response time in communication since I do not have to use the old emails. What do you dislike most about this product?

I have a problem when a conversation has not been updated for a long time, I mean that Slack hides very old messages and I have no problem searching for them more however it can be a bit tedious when you need to do a quick search on a topic already spoken, I prefer keep everything there. The video quality when screen sharing can improve a bit since sometimes certain things cannot be detailed, as with voice calls, however they are little things that can be improved that aspect.
