What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

Slack is affordable and offers room for creating multiple communication channels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Slack makes it super easy to collaborate in one place by sharing files of all sorts. Audio and video conferencing is at top notch with slack.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The video conferencing requires to integrate with more robust web conferencing tools like GTM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, i would advice them to try it now.
