What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Slack is how easy it is to communicate with teams and bring transparency by creating channels. We can sort out discussions by topic and mute channels that are not significant. Sharing files is easy from anywhere without switching tabs or windows. It is easy to use and affordable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no complaints about Slack as it delivers all the features and capabilities we required for team to be productive.

Slack benefits teams of all sizes with its robust features it offers. Slack ensures team stay productive and share files easily. Its effortless integrations eliminates the need to juggle through application to get things done.

The creating of channels is easy and it enables teams to work towards the same goal, make informed decisions, and ensure there is transparency.Slack smoothen work with its seamless integration with other platforms like Google.I love that teams are able to communicate,collaborate and share files eaily using Slack.

I have experienced a delay in receiving message notifications.

If you are looking for a product for your remote team to efficiently communicate and collaborarate I highly suggest Slack.

Slack has a great difference that is distinguished by its wide integration with many applications, thus being able to adapt to any industry or trade through communication, its interface is subtly easy to use and also maintaining a lively communication in this communication is extremely excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This platform keeps me connected with all co-workers and clients within the company with any device that is available with Slack, an example would be that I can respond as much as on my office or home computer, I can even communicate through from my phone. It is really useful to be able to have Slack on hand through my Smartphone so I can receive notifications and view messages comfortably on my PC or Tablet. Slack also allows me to send the thread of the conversation to my email or any email address that I have scheduled in the chat.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is very difficult to learn to use the hashtags of the platform, it simply causes a bit of confusion when wanting to search for the thread of a conversation. It's a bit disappointing not being able to use Slack outside of work, sometimes you need to be able to have a conversation with a person without having to do things related to work. The cost is a bit high, although I do not deny that there is a wide variety of prices, I still do not consider them to be the best on the market.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it since in environments with a very fast pace, efficient communication is required that allows rapid management of projects or things in general within a company. The entire organization has had good results when it experimented with Slack for a long period of time and it was incredible how it contributed a lot to communication, this being an immediate solution as a tool to have a better feedback communication with employees, bosses and clients within a company.
