What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

Slack is the only robust internal communications program that has covered almost every aspect from business instant messaging to team collaboration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way Slack has encouraged great relationships across our organization is what I like most since I am able to communicate with colleagues at ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The video conferencing feature though isn't robust enough but it works well when integrated with web conferencing platforms like GoToMeeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If they would love to get instant messages from the contacts, i recommend having the mobile application.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

It has personal workspace and access capabilities that are amazing compared to other softwares.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy it is to use. Also i like how slack has really improved on instant messaging platform which it has become easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no issues towards it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, since the solution is here with them.
