What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack is the only internal communications platform that has a robust backend integration capability and can integrate with almost every software and APIs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Slack enhances cloud file sharing via encrypted platform. Team collaboration is another thing that I like most about Slack.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Video conferencing feature is weak and requires boost from other programs like Skype for Business.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before making the final determination of implementing Slack, i would suggest considering their internal communications desires.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
I have never utilized any other internal communication program, but I believe Slack offers everything that I need and that makes it unique.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I give thumbs up to the fact that Slack advances instant messaging, though it requires internet connection.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The issue was lack of offline access capability, but now we have incorporated robust cloud computing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try this tool in order to keep the team organized on files and collaboration.
