I lack any shortcomings with Slack as it meets our organization requirements.

User experience and design with sleek design platform with user friendly makes onboarding simple for non technical users. Users can have personalize emojis, themes, templates notifications and tailoring platforms to their preferences

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Advance features like file sharing and management which consist of file sharing with preview capabilities and integration with cloud storage solutions. Built in audio and video functionality which help to avoid third party integration tool to avoid services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Slack offers a vast array of integrations which can be overwhelming the users Inconsistent user experience across different platforms or devices. The free version have significant limitations on message history and integrations

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

With Slack we found the great channel to maintain active and constant communication, categorize the team by project topics, organize and manage the entire team so that they work in a coordinated manner and can maintain progress without so many problems. Team communication has improved significantly, we improved the execution of different projects by having a better exchange of ideas and progress, which is why different teams come together to carry out a correct strategy in a single communication flow. In all aspects, improving communication has proven to be satisfactory for our clients, impeccable work brings satisfied clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Slack has a powerful interface with multiple means of communication, video conferencing through video calls is the main communication channel, it has a simple and practical design, allowing remote work to be maintained, with a fast connection, impeccable audio and image. It allows us to maintain dynamic communication, through various channels, it allows us to separate tasks for each project and thus organize the team by different topics to maintain a specific order. It allows real-time communication, maintaining team confidentiality, ease of sending multimedia files and integrating with other tools that complement communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be difficult to accurately track each communication process, so many notifications are sent that it can be overwhelming, it would be great to have a better interface to organize all the pending work. It can be very cumbersome to open the desktop application, it is a bit slow at first, however, once it is open it flows very well. Searching for shared documents is not always easy to use, it can be a bit complicated to manage all the files appropriately.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Videoconferences are Slack's strong point, they are of high quality and allow for fast and clear communication. It is a simple and efficient platform, it contains all the tools and a highly intuitive interface.
