What differentiates SmartRecruiters Hiring Platform from other similar products?

it acts a complete suite for staffing needs we can source share and place candidates using just one software. It has great database as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

According to me its very user friendly and it also some great integration options as well we can integrate calender and many other software as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

switching between jobs can be difficult some times other than that it has been fantastic for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

it will be great option for anyone if someone has daily requirements of finding or sourcing candidates daily for their clients then its a great choice for them.

What differentiates SmartRecruiters Hiring Platform from other similar products?

Its a complete recruitment solution it provides internal database in which we can store the candidates information. You can integrate job portals such as careerbuilder dice and monster for better results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides all the needed features under one umbrella. Its super easy to use and finding candidates on smartrecruiter is also very easy. It allows job posting and mass mailing to increase your efficiency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing, It is fantastic according to me it has all the feattures and more needed for staffing and recruitment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a great choice if it fits your budget. It can help a lot in finding relevant candidates in very less time by using its capabilities to fullest.

What differentiates SmartRecruiters Hiring Platform from other similar products?

The best part of smartrecruiters is the amount of filters they provide. You can look for specific candidates for specific jobs at specific locations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can be completely customized according to the user's needs. It also allows you to integrate your own job boards, which is very helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing about it is totally bad, but the thing that annoys me the most is that in order to receive search results, your keywords must be entered correctly in a boolean string at the time of search.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like using this personally; it helps me in finding the right candidate for my clients requirement. But one can consider options such as ceipal and jobdiva as well.
