What differentiates SmartRecruiters Hiring Platform from other similar products?
You can actually schedule candidates interviews thru this system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Templates and Scheduling interviews
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not have a great Filter feature when reviewing candidates applications ( such as filter by keywords within their resumes such as schools, job titles, and optional keywords and etc ) as Workday does.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates SmartRecruiters Hiring Platform from other similar products?
The only other ATS I have used was a very old version of an oracle suite so this is leaps and bounds better, by having more modern features like automated scheduling, teams integration, message templates, and applicant profiles roll over from one job to another smoothly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that the platform continues to add improvements over time, such as Microsoft teams integration for scheduling, as well as improved customization for templates and features. They seem to listen to user feedback well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The analytics and reporting for diversity and inclusion data (gender/ethnicity) is non existent, and the data reporting overall is hardly usable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am less familiar with the full suite of features, as I was not aware of the full functionality or different levels of contact a company can use. It is pretty user friendly, and I like that they are responsive. Data analysis ability and therefore usage is sub par.
