What differentiates SOCI Social from other similar products?
This program stands out from the competition because it makes it simple to make posts on various social media platforms; additionally, it provides excellent customer service and is always available to assist users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user-friendliness. It's convenient to be able to see how we're rated across several platforms and in different ways all on one page. If we are unable to respond to a review personally, SOCi does a fantastic job of crafting a polished response on our behalf. In addition, I appreciate that they come up with original material for us to share on social media, which keeps our audience engaged.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd like it if photos uploaded to social media sites were automatically resized to the correct dimensions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software comes highly recommended as it allows for the management of numerous social media marketing accounts with a single mouse click. The accompanying analysis was really helpful.

What differentiates SOCI Social from other similar products?
It is simpler than other systems in that you only need to check in once a week or even once a month to schedule postings that will run for as long as you want them to.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SoCi consolidates numerous features that I've desired in different tools, such as Hootsuite, Chatmeter, and Mindstream. It's also the first time I've used social media scheduling software that allows me to publish to Google My Business, Facebook, and Instagram all at the same time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes some time to become used to everything the program has to offer and feel like you're making the most of it. Thankfully, there is a kind and knowledgeable support team, and "SoCi University" provides access to a wealth of instructional films.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This tool comes highly recommended by me due to the convenience with which posts can be made to many platforms as well as the ability to schedule posts in advance.

What differentiates SOCI Social from other similar products?
To be honest Soci is the software we had when I started ny role. It works and is easy to use so I've never felt like I wanted to shop around and compare. Plus we a part of a franchise and there is content pre loaded into soci from national.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that I dont have to spend time making the same post on multiple platforms. Saves time and fustration. I also love that it brings all the incoming messages/comments into a single dashboard where it is easy to resoond and keep track. You can even assign conversations to specific members of the team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find the UI a bit clunky and unintuitive. This is a minor complaint thought as it is straightforward enough I've never needed help from the service team to figure it out.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a reliable and easy to use product, just go for it!
