What differentiates Software AG webMethods Integration Platform from other similar products?

Software Ag products is a right balance between low code and low level code development. One can deliver code using very little knowledge or can dig in to low level development using java or. Net coding on this platform. I believe this is the unique combination of feature only software ag products provides in market. Open community is also growing in this areas which is helping a lot.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Time to market from this product is really quick

What do you dislike most about this product?

Few features desired from a very long time is still missing. Eg. In webmethods oob http2 support and for each parellel feature is missing. Product is still using java11 where it has recently moved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. This is better than any other product considering overall cost.

What differentiates Software AG webMethods Integration Platform from other similar products?

There support process is too good, as compared to other products. You can login to empower site, search for answer you are looking for by yourself or raise ticket from the same site and the support person usually responds pretty quick.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As was mentioned before the support provided by SAG is way too good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To get certified in SAG products is a complicated process. They have not made this process as smooth as other competing products offer. Ofcourse, they have learning material available online but the certification is too costly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Follow best practices recommended by SAG, while using their platform.
