Gives depth reports and analyses of known and unknown threats, which is excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The big amount of capabilities that the solution offers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support is not quickly responsive, but I haven't had a major delay with them

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take your time to jump into the different solutions and identify which one you need. Also, in youtube, they have great guides for how Sophos work, that will give you a lot of insights about the product.
