AI engine false positive is really high.

Root cause analysis is very is and one of my favorite

What differentiates Sophos Endpoint from other similar products?

No other endpoint security tool has the potential to satisfy our company's demanding security standards. Our management weren't happy with the security that other tools offered, so I tried a lot of other things, but Sophos Intercept X was the only one that actually functioned in these circumstances.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In addition to being quick and responsive, the assistance is excellent; when we didn't understand what they were saying, they just remoted in and rectified it for us. The procedures for threat detection, mitigation, and reporting are all excellent and swift, and the straightforward user interface is there to make them more attractive and effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The overall experience has been excellent, but the installation and setup have been difficult. Customization has also been a huge problem and is not supportable on Linux. I included these complaints since I accept that they are opportunities for improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since we executed this, we have saved many dollars and incalculable hours. Since its introduction, we have never experienced a security issue, and as a member of the security team, I am happy about this because it means I won't ever need to review security efforts frequently again.
