What differentiates Sophos Endpoint from other similar products?

Not a lot but has good EDR feature

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Free trial. Found it easier to administrate than other solution we had. Cost was a little lower than last solution

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zero day capabilities and can be resource intensive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great product compared to the multitudes of AV solutions out there. EDR is a great option for todays threats

What differentiates Sophos Endpoint from other similar products?

Sophos was one of the first to provide active ransomware protection and recovery. At a time when ransomware was beginning they had already something to protect you. And they have now included it with the endpoint as part of the features. It is a very complete endpoint protection compared to the competition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to manage and it also integrates with their firewall products. They communicate with each other to mitigate threats and you can administer everything from one portal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You may run into some issues while installing in different types of operating systems, but this is something that happens with most endpoints and their technical support is always willing to help out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you look at other market leaders to compare but the breadth of features that is offered by Sophos for the price just makes that decision so much easier. Specially when it all works so well.
