What differentiates Sophos Managed Detection and Response from other similar products?

You will leave your precious infrastructure in the hands of capable, English as a first language, technical out of the box thinkers. With the other guys, you can pray to God you don't get connected to Mexico or the Philippines and curse the gods when you are.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's Sophos ;). Protected by the only name in security, where since it's advent in 2008, not one single sophos protected computer has EVER fallen prey to cryptoviruses or malware that couldn't be instantly rolled back.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that it hasn't been used by so many critical companies managed by feckless IT admins who are still getting ransomed and causing me to wonder how they got and retained their jobs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you don't have Sophos it's not if, but when (and soon) that you'll be polishing your resume or considering a new career as a barber.

Use of IPS and ATP event to detect the threats.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

24/7 threat hunting

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes can create performance issues with heavy utilization of resources. Gives a lot of false positives.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a medium size organization sophos can be a very good choice as it is easy to use and quickly identifies any malicious behaviours.
