We use this software to closely monitor the behavior of our applications, avoiding errors and failures and thus improve the experience of our customers with our applications. The system's alert system is very effective, because it sends us in real time the problems that may be generated and in almost all occasions it solves them automatically.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows to closely monitor the applications, to know the incidences, errors and problems that may occur. It also has a prediction module, where we can see a series of data and graphs, which alert us as to the behavior and errors that the application may present in the future. It is an easy to use and very intuitive software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like better attention from your technical team, especially at the time of configuring and installing the program, when doubts arose. Some dashboards could be more customizable, but you can work well the way they present them. The price may be a little high, but given that the software brings so many tools and functions that have helped us improve in our work, I think it is worth the cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

AppDynamics tightly manages the stability and productivity of applications in an organization. It closely monitors the performance of each application to identify any inefficiencies, blockages and failures that are valid operations. After a thorough diagnostic exercise of the working tool, the return on investment was improved and the production goals set were achieved.
