What I love about Sprout is the supportive environment and the employees who genuinely love social.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The organized inbox is amazing! I am able to set up different views that allow our team to work efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are API restrictions that can get frustrating, such as not being able to thread Instagram replies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re a social team of one, using Sprout is clutch because you have a supportive group of people that can help. And if you’re a growing social team with multiple members, Sprout is also clutch because it keeps things organized, is extremely easy to assign tasks across the team, and collaborate.

The sheer breadth of features available. There are so many different ways to customize your Social listening

The ability to format media (i.e. photo dimensions for different platforms) within the publishing tool

What do you dislike most about this product?

The quantity of features can be a double-edged sword; sometimes it can take a while to locate a specific tool

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, it's a really solid way to publish and moderate Social content. The support team is also very attentive

Easier end user applications

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to learn and schedule posts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

These varying platforms will always provide challenges to scheduling posts. It's a pain to have to customize each platform separately, and Instagram doesn't make it easy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is costly. But easy to customize and have multiple accounts. Good for bigger companies with many users.
