What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?

It has up to five profiles in social networks that can be managed as well as its monitoring system to locations and user profiles, which helps to maintain more direct contact with users, which even helps to plan campaigns or know in which direction The processes within the organization must be addressed, it is simple and there are several plans depending on the income

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What most catches my attention and I like is that its versions for iOS AND ANDROID are quite efficient as if they were done from the desktop, which guarantees that it is not necessary to be in front of the computer for the functions to appear, it is also ideal for teams that work remotely, facilitating collaboration and communication during each creative process and user recruitment

What do you dislike most about this product?

The plans are somewhat expensive, but it is a good tool

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation is that you request a demo before acquiring the service, it is quite fast and also will allow you to know which monthly plan suits your professional requirements, there are for all requirements and at prices according to your functions

Their support people are really helpful and the service is quick, also, the platform is very intuitive in itself.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The analysis and report, how it is very sorted for monitoring and management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only the fact that it is expensive, so we have to justify the company its capabilities and also the fact that we cannot integrate it to other social platforms

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's an amazing tool to make the life of social media marketers simple. specially analysis, tracking and listening
