What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

Sprout unique optimal scheduling allows you to see the best time to schedule your post so that they will get the most engagement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I most like being able to replicate and edit posts from one social media platform to another. It saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most recent update to the reporting system has meant that the new records are no longer compatible with my historical data. The reporting system was perfect and the update was unnecessary.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great product for standardising and streamlining social media output.

What I love about Sprout is the supportive environment and the employees who genuinely love social.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The organized inbox is amazing! I am able to set up different views that allow our team to work efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are API restrictions that can get frustrating, such as not being able to thread Instagram replies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re a social team of one, using Sprout is clutch because you have a supportive group of people that can help. And if you’re a growing social team with multiple members, Sprout is also clutch because it keeps things organized, is extremely easy to assign tasks across the team, and collaborate.
