What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

It was great to have a free 30 day trial to sample Sprout Social. Not may products have a free 30 day trial. Before I spend money on a service it is great to try it out first!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it tracks comparing competitors. This way we know what we need to improve on and we know what systems are working and not working. Instead of having to manually research and check all the information, we just use Sprout Social.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish we had more of a consistent use of it. Since we do not use it daily, I bet there are features we haven't tried out yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is much easier than manually researching information to compare competitors

Is the Smart Inbox, it consolidates all messages, comments, and mentions across platforms into one centralized viwe, making it incredibly easy to manage conversations and respond promptly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's pricing, while it offers great features, it can be expensive, especially for smaller bussinesses or solo users,

Be prepared for a short learning curve when setting up reports and automation, but once you get the hang of it, the insights you gain will be ell worth it.
