What differentiates SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise from other similar products?

Blue Prism platform offers a comprehensive set of features and capabilities to automate complex tasks and processes. This includes an advanced artificial intelligence (AI) engine that can identify patterns, recognize objects, and perform natural language processing allowing users to easily deploy and manage robots in the cloud. It also allows for scalability across multiple organizations and regions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Blue Prism's visual process designer allows users to easily view, edit, and manage their processes and activities. As a result, users can quickly and easily create, deploy, and maintain their automation projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the most disliked aspects of Blue Prism is its limited scalability. Blue Prism is not designed to handle huge volumes of data, which can limit its usefulness in enterprise-level automation projects. Additionally, Blue Prism does not have a built-in workflow engine, making it difficult to create and manage complex automation processes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Carefully learn the advantages and disadvantages to other vendors or tools which would help in personalizing their organization needs.

What differentiates SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise from other similar products?

Unlike other tools, this one is unique because learning algorithms and AI (artificial intelligence) have paved the way for direct automation of many occupations. Besides that Blue Prism is a gigantic RPA tool that allows us to generate our own workforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What fascinates me most about this instrument is its highly advanced intelligent automation capabilities (Digital Workforce), for insightful reporting and actionable metrics, machine learning, troubleshooting for predictions, which makes it a first in the market.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have not found any type of error with this instrument since it is quite useful and easy to use for ourselves, in addition to the fact that the Blue Prism automation program offers us a more extensive group of functionalities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We ourselves can recommend this tool as it is easy to install and has very useful tutorials to understand the performance of the tool. And best of all, it has a 6-month trial version that has each of the features, which makes it possible to offer full use of this instrument.

What differentiates SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise from other similar products?

Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is a balanced system that allows us to automate all our manual processes, obtaining more positive results than with similar software. This system is more fluid, the bots are fast, it allows human errors to not occur and better automation capabilities are built.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the features that Blue Prism's intelligent RPA platform offers, since we can improve manual processes, digital robots are ideal to automate manual tasks and improve customer experience, the interface is simple and suitable to implement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing negative to say about this automation system, the fluidity that is achieved is magnificent, it does not require advanced knowledge to be able to use it correctly and the results are positive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a necessary software to have in all companies, if you currently have another similar system change immediately, since Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is cheaper and lighter and with a better user interface than the others, I recommend and suggest using all the functions that this software offers.
