What differentiates Staffbase Intranet from other similar products?

Price Simplicity of Implementation Ease of Training Visually appealing, yet clean and modern

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very flexible and tailoured, despite being an "OOTB" solution. The implementation time was much quicker than we had hoped for and our staff were easily able to learn the system in one or two training sessions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a little slow or laggy at times, and can run into bugs at times. The app is also good, but have found staff get frustrated with it at times and would much rather choose to just access on desktop.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Involve a diverse range of reps from across your business in the evaluation and implementation of the software. Also devote ample time to build a structure that places priority on the MOST important information and pages to all staff. Then be meticulous in how you design these pages and shoot to make them as user friendly as possible - make sure you work with a marketing/technology rep in this area. Another tip is to devote significant time to in-depth training and creating resources for staff to access on the fly (video's how tos, tutorials etc).
