What differentiates Stripe Payments from other similar products?

I'm not fully aware of what other companies are offering, but I do feel that Stripe is a leader in this space. They have an excellent product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I LOVE the recurring subscription feature and the dashboard reporting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The side navigation bar is a little misleading. I can't always find what I"m looking for. When you click into certain areas it doesn't always take you where you want to go. It can get a little confusing, which inhibits my productivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say that this is a vital part of selling online. You need a strong payment processor and one that is all encompassing: payment storage, customer information storage, payment reports, subscriptions, invoicing etc.

What differentiates Stripe Payments from other similar products?

I like Stripe because I consider that it has many security measures in place to avoid being a victim of scams of some kind. Stripe Radar is effective in minimizing possible cases of theft and even more so now when cyber scams are very fashionable. The system seems fast and very easy to use so that anyone can quickly learn how it works and implement it immediately. The Technical Service is attentive to resolve doubts and concerns of any situation that may arise in a transaction.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very good for serving customers who have to make a payment with their credit or debit cards. The system has to be attended in several languages ​​and that facilitates the speed in solving problems. For new ventures I think it is excellent because you have the ability to quickly access to make your sales quickly. I find the commissions very friendly for clients and more so for those who are just starting out. I also like that I can keep track of my transactions so I don't have any problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The system from time to time detects fraudulent situations that are not processed and this causes the processes and orders to be delayed since the procedure to validate a transaction is usually slow since it involves bank validation. Sometimes I've had to spend weeks waiting for a payment to be released after the bank has made inquiries.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Stripe Payments for its quick enablement. Nowadays it is necessary to have access to tools that are easily accessible and that do not represent an installation problem. The people I work with have felt very good about using this software as it is very fast to make payments and that is what people are looking for today. It is undoubtedly very beneficial for the new businesses that are emerging.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When you schedule a cancellation at the end of the billing period can be a guaranty it will cancel. If the client modifies the subscription from the product user interface the cancellation is overridden causing additional charges after a customer asked for cancellation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The user interface is very intuitive, you won't spend a lot on training to get familiar with it.
