What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

I use it every day, and I can honestly say that without it, my daily tasks would be much more challenging. Dashboard sharing has enabled those who need it to access crucial business data. My ability to manage relationships with them has significantly improved. When compared to a competitor we were recently evaluating, it offers more customization options. The entire team received updates on all sales-related activities. Now, all of our sales teams depend on Sugar Sell as an essential tool in their daily operations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love using Sugar Serve because it allows you to do just about anything. Its integration features streamline processes, making your team more effective at enhancing client satisfaction. Ultimately, this can boost revenue by improving team collaboration. It offers various pricing plans to meet the needs of different departments. Plus, it can be easily connected to other systems through APIs, among other methods. The onboarding process was simple and very easy to navigate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The process of creating lists is quite complicated, and the email templates offered are not visually appealing. Additionally, there is a lack of easily accessible APIs for third-party integrations. It would be beneficial if SugarSell could add some big data enhancement features to their product. Currently, there is no option to use extra custom fields linked to the user module; you can only send emails to the specified user without any hassle.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This could be useful if you're looking for an online CRM. The platform provides a variety of features, including integration and automation, and is very easy to use. With the filters, we can create segments whenever we need to. While it does require some training to fully utilize its benefits, it's worth it.

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

SugarCRM as a company is super human. The human touch can be felt from the sale to the conflict resolution. That, added to the excellent tools that Sugar has, such as the ability to forecast, customize our fields, create reports, is spectacular. Above all, they differentiate themselves in the high-end solutions of tools that can tell me what to sell to my clients, how to do it, and when to do it. We have exponentially grown sales through those gaps that Sugar Sell shows us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use. The biggest challenge has always been adoption, but with Sugar being so easy to use, it's the best thing that could have happened to us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The wide variety of tools it has. We love that everything comes in one package, but we haven't been able to take advantage of everything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider carefully the way you will be treated by SugarCRM. It makes all the difference when you have to resolve a conflict. It is better to speak to a person who can escalate it quickly than to wait 4 months for someone from the brand to pay attention to you (real case).

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

The software provides a robust search feature that allows you to search by name, phone number, and other data values that I need. A standard profile account view would highlight the key information in the configuration of the presentation card

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The system is easy to use in theory. The UI is decent and processes are intuitive. The price point is attractive since the company boasts that it parallells other higher-priced options in features and functionality. The onboarding was fairly simple and adjusting to the system was not difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SugarCRM has a great set of features that outperforms many competitors. It comes with round the clock support and user forums for quick fixes and learning
