Easy to use for all end users. Easy to administrate and update. Very nice performance.

Reliable and very easy to use for end users. Simple graphical interface with all the options needed in reach of a hand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit hard to move between version updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is very easy to use for end users. SLA's can be set to individual business units etc. Easy to implement and administrate.
