Available on all major platforms, Microsoft, Linux / Unix, and Mac. And it works with everything. Best of all is that it can block USB devices automatically.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Management UI is outdated and Complexity. Deleting Finishing Points Completely is time consuming and difficult. The system should have better auto-correction capabilities, and if something goes wrong it should be restarted automatically. Firewall features can do just that and I've found it easier to disable and use Windows firewall instead. 

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can set a few different policies to suit your needs across the network. You can send remote scans to devices from the Internet without being on the device. Many angles are protected, from av to firewall, to IPS.

Symantec Endpoint Protection seems to be an endpoint security solution with many levels. It offers efficient defense against genuine dangers. The system features a clear interface and streamlined administration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Endpoint security against viruses, malware, and emerging threats. Simple repair and debugging Reports and alert notifications keep us up to date regarding our secure environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When we encrypt information, the pace may be slower at times, although this is quite unusual; traffic volume on this is rising with each day, so we can experience some performance issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Customize the SEP setup to improve security in your organization. Deploy all security features that are present on the endpoint. When implemented appropriately, the program control function is one of most effective.

What differentiates Symantec Endpoint Security from other similar products?

First of all, from a system administrator and security personnel point of view, the operation is easy. Sometimes you have to release a UP, but typically you don't have to do anything particularly and update new patterns automatically. I also believe that in Mexico dependability is still strong, and I think it's excellent because it is also a firm that offers worldwide internet crime-related technologies such as Interpol.
