It enchances SFDC workflow and directly connects to al SFDC objects you need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can start using it right OOB and the product is always evolving.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Price could be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the sales team workflow (not having to bounce around other systems to get the info they need) and your datamodel.
