Overall performance is strong

What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?

Tableau is the swiftest data visualization tool which helps us convert textual and numerical information to beautiful interactive dashboards. The huge advantage of having Tableau is different types of visualization that can be created at one shot

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface handles endless variations while also limiting me from creating charts that are against data visualization practices. We create different types of visualization with a large amount of data without impacting the performance of the dashboards

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tableau's parameters are static so there is no way a user can automate the updating of parameters. Whenever the data changes, these parameters need to be updated manually every time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tableau technology is there to support complex computations, data blending and dashboarding for the purpose of creating beautiful visualizations that deliver insights that cannot easily be delivered from starting at a spreadsheet

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing

Data analysis, visualization and reporting

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?

We can quickly and easily deploy our internal analytics initiatives thanks to Tableau. It is simple to set up and use. Getting started with Tableau Creator, in particular, is very straightforward. This appeals to us because the cloud/SaaS options are readily available. Most of my users learned how to use Tableau fairly quickly. Their learning process was aided by the accessibility of online testing and training.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I especially appreciate how easy it is to import and prepare dashboards, tables, charts, and graphs. It supports most common data files, including xls, google sheets, and crv text documents. They have a free edition with essential functionality, ideal for small businesses, and an easy method to upgrade to a paid version if needed. Data formats include tables, charts, graphs, and maps; their report generator is superb.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing more to add than the possibility of finding a better approach to providing educational content through the site itself.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Due to the vastly reduced workload of the data cleansing tool, Tableau preparation is more efficient and is a must. Instead of using Tableau, you can do other analyses or use data that has been prepared for other platforms. It is one of the most reliable and easy-to-use business information solutions, and I would choose it again.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Enables Productivity
  • Effective Service

"Best platform to analyze data."

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?

It differs from other programs because it has a good price, it is easy to use and its interface is very nice and intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate that I can use filters to quickly load the data I need, and that my dashboards accurately represent that data. I have the option to incorporate or omit criteria, which is useful for presenting to upper management during management meetings. Various graphs provide data on my team's productivity and progress, making it simple to review our progress and set goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Heavy data loads don't hinder its performance. This will undoubtedly be settled in the coming days. You can see exactly how they're attempting to increase performance by establishing data linkages by perusing their website.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Data that I need to monitor and evaluate often is really straightforward with Tableau, which is why I think it's a great software to recommend. When necessary, data, information, or reports may be easily shared.
