How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Tableau makes data easier to understand.
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?
Tableau to a large extent, can be used for generating data insights by non-technical users who are not professional data analysts or have any background in data . As an example, by dragging sales data into the tableau worksheet, I can instantly generate a trend line which compares day to day sales metrics across different marketing channels.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the interactive nature of my visualizations on Tableau. The drag and drop functionality on Tableau make it possible for me to build charts without needing to write code. For example, by merely moving data fields across different axis, I am able to build a scatter plot in minutes. I am also able to bring animations into my data reports on Tableau, using time series playback , thereby turning a large part of my data presentations into data stories, that are just a lot more enjoyable to the audience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Tableau lacks in-memory compression and this affects me when working on very large datasets, especially when I need to make use of a lot of filters. Its predictive analytic features are limited, and this is made worse by the lack of integration between Tableau and Python.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Tableau is not the ideal software for small businesses or teams, because of the cost. It is not the most ideal tool for predictive data analysis.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Security Protects
