Easy to use, but a bit expensive.

What differentiates Tally ERP 9 from other similar products?

The support provided is best in the industry. Time is money in my line of business. Timely resolutions to problem makes a huge difference. The team did a fantastic job in post sales service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The option to tailor the product as per unique business needs as well the software is very dynamic. Easy to personalize.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to add here but if I have to name something it will be the cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. Don’t think twice.
