What differentiates Tally ERP 9 from other similar products?

Tally ERP 9 is actually very user friendly. Especially for a small business like mine. It has a very easy to use interface and provides multiple features to keep a track of my businesses daily revenue, inventory, payroll and other expenditures. It helps me save a lot of time and replaces the manual calculations that I had to do and thus in turn mitigates the scope of error.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best feature is to be able to create multiple organization under the same software which lets me take care of accounting for my multiple business. In other words, i can keep a track of the book of accounts for my domestic retail segment and export company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do find the user interface to be a little outdated. It feels like a software form 20th century. The world has made so much technological advancement but the layout and the font type of tally seems a little old fashion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent product. A very user friendly product. Not very difficult to train your staff on and has multiple shortcut keys that make life very easy. My staff is really happy using this software.

What differentiates Tally ERP 9 from other similar products?

Vast majority of features that tally provide for using it in the retail business differentiates it from other similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the feature of keeping my business data online and also making my own directory of some specific aspect such as transporters for my business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see the GUI improve as it has great features but not presented or made visible in the right way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product 100% for retail business users as it has increased efficiency of maintaining various data for me.
