Nothing as such that I feel is disliked apart from the Pricing of the Product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My only recommendation would be that the product is Easy to Use & User Friendly.

What differentiates TallyPrime from other similar products?

The customer support was one of the major reasons I was looking for a change and the CS team of Tally more than delivered on the promise. Also, Tally provided need based tweaks to the software which matched the business needs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use and dynamic features made a huge difference. Once my workforce was fully trained on this software their efficiency improved drastically.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost/ price. Leaves a dent on the pocket.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The customer support team makes a huge difference and is an intangible asset to this product.
