The relationship with the team at Sassafras is a cut above other software companies. Their proven partnership and customer service ensures success!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Software compliance features as well as the new features evolving around hardware replacement!

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only dislike is it always feels there is not enough time in the day to fully take advantage of what Allsight has to offer!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend some time with the team from Sassafras and let them show you how they can achieve your goals for Asset Management using AllSight.

What differentiates TeamDynamix Sassafras from other similar products?

Incredibly rich in features, with new features frequently added after listening to customers requirements. An example being the remote access functions that were added during lockdown.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of upgrade to new versions whilst always maintaining backwards compatibility. Even a complete change of server operating system and platform is no problem,

What do you dislike most about this product?

With so many features it can be a little complex and overwhelming to use. However, the technical support is amazing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try. I believe you run a free trial copy with a limited number of clients.
