The features it's providing to control someone's device and fix their issues remotely has become my favorite feature of this tool.

In case you want scalability, customization, remote support, and other key functions, then TeamViewer will be most suitable for this. Since this platform bends to the demand of your work, it is fit for use in a situation where you need all these features.
