What differentiates TeamViewer Remote from other similar products?
For remote work this software is a marvel, as it has helped us to solve problems on other users' computers remotely. It is incredible how many problems have been solved in the office, with remote staff, because we have been able to enter their computers, from ours, being of help to guide them in any problem.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very intuitive and easy to use this program, it does not require any manual or technical support to know how to use it. Being able to access the computers no matter if they are turned off, is a great advantage of this software and the screen sharing is very important to guide remote employees in the tasks that present more problems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It slows down the program when sending very large files, which is a problem. When we are in the resolution of a remote problem, sometimes the images displayed are not in real time, making it difficult to quickly solve the incidence of the other computer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The best software we have been able to find for remote access to our computers and to solve efficiently the software problems they present, without the need to be directly on site. It has been a great help with our online workers, as it has saved us many hours of work.

Besides being wonderful in web conferencing, it also comes with with other features including VoIP calls, screen sharing, Instant messaging, and is available in devices and this makes it special
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it offers amazing web conferencing capabilities. It is great when it comes to collaboration thanks to screen sharing and instant chat features. It effectively and securely handle VoIP calls Using it is seamless
What do you dislike most about this product?
No complaints as TeamViewer Meeting has outweighed my expectations

For web conferencing and collaboration, TeamViewer Meeting is what you need. It's affordable and resourceful
