A useful tool that offers a few unique perks

What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?
I think what makes teamwork different from simelar time tracking products is some of the reporting. You can get very clear insight on things like billable Vs non-billable time and even how much billable time has been charged for already.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that time tracking on a daily basis is very easy. You can track looking at just your own timesheet, the company as a whole or just log time against an individual to task. You can even start a timer and stop it as you complete work on a task it you want to be really accurate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When it comes to reporting, I can't see a way to do this in an automated way, so this needs to be handled manually, which is a real time sink.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend giving it a go on the free tier first, it's limited but it should give a feel for the level of complexity and the interface.
