What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?

This tool has a very professional UI that is welcome to users across different industries, and from front-line to C-suite. This is a great solution to getting teams all on one platform and eliminating the need for email. It handles many project management functions in terms of solutions so you don't have to leave to tool for other work needs. That is important when you want to eliminate the need for users having to use a bunch of different apps and keep them in one centralized place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is a very scalable, feature-rich project management tool that takes very little ramp-up time to get started. I like the ability to manage multiple projects, set user permissions for internal and external users, the Gantt & calendar views, communication tools and the file uploading organization. Each user can customize their experience to how they want to use it. Perfect for small-to-enterprise level operations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to be able to see prior versions of a file upload and open more easily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the most user-friendly for those wanting a quick adoption my high and low-tech users (based on skill). The ease of collaboration and dashboards to see what needs to be done is very helpful and easy to manage.

Easy to learn, the UX is really intuitive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sliding the cards to complete (: Love how it organizes lists, tasks, and milestones

What do you dislike most about this product?

That you can't add descriptions to tasks on the board view - please change this!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have one person be the gatekeeper/manager of the system processes (i.e VP of operations) and closely define permissions from there. Get buy-in from everyone in the company, it will create incredible value.

Easy to implement, continually updating features at no additional cost, easy for other team members to go in and see project status, knowledgeable and always helpful customer and technical support, quarterly webinar updates and reviews

Being easily able to track all communication/documents exchanged with clients related to their projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Have not found anything at this point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of the trial offer and build out a few projects. It is feature rich and yet very easy to use.
