What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?

It looks like Teamwork is constantly being updated and improved.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Teamwork can be used in the different departments within the company. There are great features like task dependency when one task requires the completion of another one. Also, the file versions feature comes in handy. It's very easy to see a project's status, easy to set deadlines.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A bit pricey for a very small company or a startup that is just starting, especially if you want to get all of the features. The mobile app is sometimes a bit buggy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just try the free version and see if you like it. At first, some things might not be intuitive, but you'll get used to :)

What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?

It is really intuitive to use, for instance, we always add external project members and rarely they comeback with questions, such as, where do I add a file, where is the grant chart, etc..

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the email alerts that I set up, for instance, if someone change the dates, complete a task or add a new file I get an email alert. Also, the whole communication can be aggregated into Teamwork.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The report/Dashboard capabilities could be improved

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a complete PM tool this is a great fit for every team size.
