The live bed board and status updates dramatically improve operational awareness and cut down on communication delays during patient transitions

The user interface feels dated in some modules, and certain reporting features still require vendor support instead of being self-service.

I dislike the complexity to implement and require significant training and also the cost of implementation and maintenance is high.

If someone is considering teletracking facilities I would recommend evaluation, implementation, optimization, communication and budgeting.

When you try to play voice massages , you cant play back the voice massages.
