What differentiates Tenable Vulnerability Management from other similar products?

Its a highly reputable product that has a good reputation in the corporate world. Its honestly the best product of its kind. Its not just great for vulnerability management its also a trusted product in many parts of the penetration testing process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that it can be used to discover different services, do ports scans aswell as do web vulnerability scans, the autodiscovery is really a nice feature if you compare it to other products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I just wish there were more options for manipulating reports or combining them, for if a clients wants some very specific non standard type of reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is great, look at the alternatives and try them but you would probably enjoy this most. This was formerly called Nessus so the new name might be confusing.
