Testflight is the official testing program for Apple itself, and so is surely secure

Build management and tester group variability

It lacks flexibility, and can only be accessed from the Apple Developer Program

If you plan on publishing to Apple App Store, it is the best option you have

Cross Platform is not supported.

If you want to go for Separate Testing For iOS devices then Apple TestFlight is Best for testing and releasing the app before production.
