What makes Textmagic different from other messaging software is its intuitive interface and exceptional customer support. Whenever I have had a question or issue, the Textmagic support team has been there to help me right away.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about Textmagic is how easy it is to use. With just a few clicks, I can send text messages to a list of contacts, schedule sends for later, and even personalize messages with the recipient's name.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, I must mention that one of the things I dislike about Textmagic is its cost. While I think the value I get from the platform justifies the investment, it can be a bit pricey for small businesses or entrepreneurs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

I feel the top feature is simplicity. It’s straightforward to set up and customize. You’ll then simply forget about it and it works. If you do need to come and build a change there’s no struggle to relearn however you did it before. However, it is also fast, effective, low price, and smart client service. Text messages may be used to provide notifications, alerts, reminders, and promotional messages. You’ll transfer contact lists and send messages to customers, employees, stakeholders, and even members of the overall public who are concerned with promotional activities. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

TextMagic is often accessed from any mobile device via android or apple application and this makes it very easy for our outreach team on the field to fill in the contact details almost instantly. The evaluation is decent for such an integral service. I prefer that the interface is precisely constant whether using the service in a browser or the app. I conjointly just like the skills to save lots of contacts and to make “templates” that re-use fields from the contact record, and future planning of messages to send at a later date & time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The client is charged constantly for a delivered message and additionally for undelivered ones. I feel that there ought to be a rebate for the latter, for the service to be profitable to the user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The templates are simple, you’ll produce your own and send them quickly as customers use their phones all the time nice and smooth. Recommended.
